Rule 123
Formation of Ranking Committee
(1) If it is necessary to determine the subject, category, level and equivalent of the in-service training achieved by the employees, the Government of Nepal may form a level determination committee consisting of relevant experts.
(2) In case of ambiguity in determining the subject, category, level and equivalent of the educational degree obtained by the employee, it shall be in accordance with the recommendation of a recognized university in Nepal.
(3) The recommendations received under sub-rules (1) and (2) shall be implemented in consultation with the Public Service Commission.
